Welcome to the 1st Battalion (NCOA), 209th Regiment. The mission of the 1st Battalion is to develop within the Noncommissioned Officer Corps those professional attributes, personal characteristics, and leadership traits which will insure the necessary competence, self confidence, and the sense of responsibility required of military leaders.
